Greg Kuczaj
Managing Director, Talent and Rewards - Hong Kong | Willis Towers Watson

Greg Kuczaj leads WTW’s talent and rewards team in Hong Kong. He is also the Regional Leader for the Global Financial Services practice, where he leads the coordination across the Asia Pacific region. In both roles, Greg specializes in the development of human capital strategies and the alignment of program/process design across all of total rewards - compensation, benefits, talent management and culture. In recent years, he supported an array of organisations on projects related to organisational structure, compensation and benefits framework/programmes, human capital/talent strategy/programme, HR policies, hiring plan and the like.

 

Currently based in Hong Kong, Greg joined WTW in 2003 and spent 13 years in the US.
