Fyiona Yong
Director | Intergenerational Leadership Coach (ICF ACC)

As an Intergenerational Leadership Coach, Fyiona Yong’s mission is to empower leaders to create inclusive and engaged multi-generational teams by leveraging on the diverse strengths of every generation. Fyiona is one of the youngest Associate Certified Coaches credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF ACC) based in Asia and her work was featured on Forbes, Financial Times, HR Magazine APAC, and Asian Entrepreneur Magazine.

Fyiona’s professional background, while diverse, isn’t traditional: Within 14 years in Royal Dutch Shell, she took on leadership roles in Finance, Digital Transformation and was appointed the youngest Head of Customer Operations for Shell. Her personal background is equally diverse: As a Malaysian-born Chinese she grew up in Germany, was educated both in Germany and the US, and sees herself as a bridge between the Western and Asian culture. In 2010, she relocated to Hong Kong to rediscover her Asian heritage.


Rajeev Chib
APAC Head of Client Facilitation and Business Management -Investor Sales and Relationship Management APAC | Citigroup

Rajeev is a seasoned Capital Markets professional with 25 years international experience with leading Financial Institutions based in Hong Kong, New York and Toronto. He is the Regional Asia Head of Client Facilitation & Business Management across Investor Sales and Relationship Management. Rajeev and his team are responsible for partnering with Sales & Relationship Management and delivering Citi’s extensive investor client strategy across all products and geographies in the region within a risk controlled framework.

Rajeev is a member of the APAC Investor Sales & Relationship management team, and Co-Chair of the COO Markets committee of Asia Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (ASIFMA).

Prior to his current role, Rajeev was the Equities Business Unit Manager for Asia Pacific. He was responsible for Business Unit Management functions related to Equities products.

Ryan specialises in handling large group audits and has a wealth of experience in handling international assignments. His clients typically prepare consolidated financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards, with component auditors required to report to him as principal auditor under International Standard on Auditing 600. From this experience, he has developed a strong network within Baker Tilly International, in addition to, other external contacts, and this enables him to execute these challenging assignments under pressure, on time and to the highest quality. 

Ryan frequently conducts financial due diligence reviews which allows him to provide insightful factual findings in relation to each engagement. He is also an active member of Baker Tilly International’s Global Focus Audit Methodology Committee and Asia Pacific Audit and Assurance Committee.
